  How do I make an Ask Pachaa order?
 

We recommend you first visit our A-Z directory and Advanced Search page to find out more about your specific condition, and recommended treatments.

When you're ready to request a treatment, please complete the Ask Pachaa form. Once you send this to us, we'll get back to you within 3 business days.

  When I've selected a practitioner, how do I book and pay for the treatment?
 

Simply call the practitioner to arrange your appointment. Remember to inform them of your Pachaa discount voucher and bring this to your appointment.

  What happens if I don't want to book a natural treatment appointment straight away?
  When you use our service, there is no obligation to make an appointment with any practitioner. However, to take advantage of the £10 discount, you should make your appointment within 3 months of receiving the voucher.

  What should I expect before, during and after an appointment?
 

Please visit our Code of Practice page for more information on practitioners' methods and how long thier appointment or consultation is likely to last.

We will also be introducing some interesting features such as - what a practitioner's client checklist form might look like and some tips on pre and post care, so that you feel well prepared for your selected treatment.
